Manufacturers of such products can sometimes become legally responsible for the injuries caused by products in four ways. The first way is when expected the manufacturer has not taken reasonable standard of care, or in other words, when the manufacturer has become negligent in producing a product that individuals using it should consider it safe. The second scenario occurs when there is a breach of duty, or when the product delivered is different from what the manufacturer claimed to have delivered.
